Living that blog life since 2010, I fell into freelance writing after college when my dad decided he could no longer fund my concert expenses. What seemed rude at the time actually led me to a life altering career. After a handful of years juggling writing jobs that ranged from commission-only to contract, I realized writing was the only thing I ever really had any sort of skill doing. Be it actually putting words together to form a post, or organizing a year’s worth of information for a site to run along with very few bumps in the road – I’d found my happy place.
